Personalisation Rules
Please read the following guidelines carefully before placing your order. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not comply with these rules. In most cases, we will reach out to resolve any personalisation issues, but orders cannot be canceled after submission due to non-compliance with these guidelines.

Please provide the name in English and Arabic. The English is mandatory for the gift packaging. If you are unfamiliar with the Arabic spelling, you may submit the name in only English, and we will translate it to the best of our ability. Note that:
- We are not liable for discrepancies in spelling or meaning that may occur during translation.
- Names are typically translated phonetically unless the word carries a specific meaning (e.g., "patience"), in which case it will be translated to preserve its meaning.
- The translation method (phonetic or linguistic) will be at our discretion, based on our understanding of both languages.
- Only one name or word can be engraved, such as a first name or surname, not both.
- If nothing is added to the personalisation field, we will not add any engraving to the bookmark. We may reach out to check that you have not missed adding the personalisation accidentally.
- Crafted from natural wood, each piece is unique, with slight variations in colour, texture, and grain. The name engraving appears on one side of the bookmark and may include subtle burn marks from the laser process, a natural part of its handcrafted appeal.
